                     own notes, writing, pictures, and memorabilia

                5. Seeing the book through to publication

In addition to the reimbursement cost of publishing, I charge the low 

rate of from $8.00 to $15.00 an hour for my services, depending on 

the demand and scope of the work. Optional artwork is an additional 

cost discussed at the time of hire.
